Discover Flight at a Glance
Discover Flight is a global youth initiative powered by Kallman Worldwide, inspired by the success of the Endeavour Scholarship. Designed for high school students (ages 16–18) with a passion for aviation and STEAM, the program makes the dream of flight a reality through local partnerships and international recognition.
Students earn their place through a competitive video submission, then take to the skies for their very first flight with a certified flying school, all at no cost. Beyond the flight, participants join a year-round global webinar series, connecting with astronauts, airline captains, engineers, and more.
First Flight Experience: All-expense-paid orientation flight at a local airport.
Competitive Selection: Video submissions showcasing research, storytelling, and aviation heroes.
Year-Round Learning: Global webinars with astronauts, pilots, engineers, and industry leaders.
International Recognition: Honored at major aerospace exhibitions with a flight jacket and mission patch.
